About Dr. Bernholt
I am an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in complex knee surgery and sports medicine care.
Having myself been an athlete who suffered injuries that ultimately required surgery, I understand how difficult the process can be. I strive to offer thoughtful and well-executed treatment, tailored to each patient's individual needs.
I have spent the past 6 years working at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis, TN where I served as Division Chief of Sports Medicine prior to relocating with my wife and children to my native state of Ohio, to be closer to family. I am excited to serve the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area and Northern Kentucky.

Addie Graham - Softball
After an ACL injury ended her junior high school softball season, Addie Graham underwent surgery to reconstruct her ACL. She embraced rehab with impressive resolve, resulting in a comeback season in which she was named the 2024 Memphis Metro Area Softball Player of the Year with an eye-popping .692 batting average. She continues to be a dominant force at the NCAA Division I level, recently taking home ASUN Freshman of the Year honors as an outfielder for the Central Arkansas Bears.
