Thursdays: West Chester
Fridays: AM - Anderson / PM - Midtown

When selecting date/time for the appt:
1) Click "Filters"
2) Then click "Edit" next to locations
3) Select "Any location" at the top of the list
4) Scroll to bottom of location list to click green "Continue" button
5) You may then select the appt date and location that best fits your preferences
